ECM Business Services Ltd (ECM) is a Business to Business (B2B) Trading partner.
Other than the express provisions set out in these terms and conditions, all other terms and the implied terms or warranties relating to the supply of goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing.
In the event that ECM, at its discretion, agrees to accept a return for credit of unwanted items, the goods must be returned with ECMs’ prior written agreement within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened, with the manufacturers seal intact and in perfect re-saleable condition.
All goods returned in these circumstances will be subject to a handling fee of 25% of ECMs’ sale price for the goods, or £40, whichever is the greater.
To be eligible for return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them. They must be in their original packaging and you must obtain an RMA before returning the items.
In addition, certain goods are deemed to be special order and non-returnable:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be returned to your card or original payment method.
We only exchange items if they are defective. All of our products are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty and a replacement will be arranged on your behalf.
The RMA email will specify the address to which the items should be returned.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend that the item is insured against loss or damage in transit.
Do not write directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.
Please include the Returns Material Authorisation number on the address label.
Any defacement of the manufacturer’s packaging or damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at ECMs’ sole discretion.
Any returned goods that are not faulty will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
